The delicate-coloured rosé is composed of Cinsault, Grenache, Cabernet-Sauvignon & Syrah grapes an is characterized in the “Traditional Cuvée” by hints of wild strawberry and red currant and by aromas of cherry and rose in the “Cuvée du Prieuré”.
The white wines are a fine elaboration of directly pressed “Rolle” and “Uni-Blanc” grapes and suggest subtle hints of hawthorn, honey and acacia.
The vintage reds, whether aged or not in oak barrels depending on the year are elaborated with Cabernet-Sauvignon, Grenache and Syrah grapes.The “Traditional cuvee” is a burst of aromas suggesting red fruits, blackberries and black currants while the “Cuvée du prieuré” expresses notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
